We have been redesigning, renovating & improving properties at Double Glazing Buckinghamshire for 23 years. We work closely with Property Developers, Architects and we also design & build our own projects.

Our knowledge, experience & passion extend well beyond supplying the correct glazing for your home or a development.

Unless your property is a listed building there is unfortunately no planning or design restrictions on window replacement, giving window companies a free reign to sell anything to anybody. Thousands of properties in the UK have been spoilt by poor choices of windows and conservatories, ill-advised & sold by architecturally untrained, unskilled salespeople driven by sales figures instead of knowledge, integrity & passion.

Double Glazing Buckinghamshire is Design driven not Sales driven. All of our designers are skilled, experienced and highly trained design consultants.

Working with your Architects plans

If you already have Architects plans drawn up for an extension or a new build, we can offer a creative service to make better use of internal space and tweak the window & door proportions. We can restyle your existing plans usually without the need for planning amendments. You will find our up to date ideas will add value to your investment.

Working with you before you have selected an Architect

When having a Conservatory or Orangery built it often involves redesigning the internal space to maximize the use of all rooms and to create living areas that flow one to another other seamlessly.

With careful restyling it is possible in any property to create an open airy environment that forms a natural light filled extension of your existing or proposed living space.

We can recommend competitively priced Architects who will provide a first draft drawing of your existing space and proposed additions, or we can work with your own selected Architect.

We will then discuss with you all the possible alternatives, and redesign the drawings as required. You can then return the drawings to the Architect for completion.

This will save you time, money & endless frustration, thumbing through magazines desperately trying to get the latest ideas to work in your home.

In house design service

We have our own in house Architectural design service, where we can provide you with 1:50 scaled elevation plans in colour. This enables us to experiment with several styles that you may have in mind before any final decisions are made.

This design service ensures that the style & proportions of your proposed Conservatory, Extension, Windows & Doors are exactly right for your property & will maximise your most important investment.
